Dr. Kevin DavisonDr. Kevin Davison’s passion is to help people recover from soft tissue injuries that impede them from getting back to an active lifestyle and surpassing their true potential. He was the first on Maui to offer Prolotherapy and Platelet Rich Plasma to athletes. In 2004-05 he was an advisor and clinician to the NFL Oakland Raiders. He also introduced Prolotherapy and IV nutrient therapy to key players during those years.

Currently, he is a leader in the field using autologous cellular therapy and placental cellular and growth factor allografts for the repair and regeneration of connective tissue injuries in the Western US and Hawaii.

Dr. Davison is an active waterman and adventure travel enthusiast. He has been a contributing author of six editions of Auerbach’s Wilderness Medicine textbook and has lectured at Wilderness Society meetings over the last 30 years.

Whether on surfing, biking, kiting, or river running trips he is there to lend support to the group for any minor injuries or major traumatic events.

He has taught both prolotherapy and PRP therapy in Asia, North America and Hawaii.

He has practiced at Maui Regenerative Medicine in Maui Hawaii for over 35 years and takes care of the many professional surfers, windsurfers, paddle boarders, and watermen/women who live and play there.

Education

Kevin Davison did his pre med education at University of California Berkeley and the University of Hawaii at Manoa. There he  received his BS in East Asian Languages -Mandarin Chinese and Biomedical Science .

He received his doctorate in  naturopathic medicine in 1986 form the National College of Naturopathic Medicine currently the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM)  aanmc.org and his post-doctoral acupuncture degree from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.

He also did a post doctoral fellowship  in the Beijing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1987 and a rotation in Traumatology from Beijing Institute of Physical Education and Medical QiGong rotation at Xi Yuan Hospital .

Heather Davison RN, BSNHeather Davison RN

Heather is a vibrant picture of positivity and wellness in action. Her holistic approach to wellness allows her to help others meet the challenges of aging beautifully by administering exclusive all natural cutting edge procedures. She performs all of the aesthetic treatments at MRM as well as assists with the stem cell injection procedures alongside Dr. Davison. Her gentle and professional approach is one that delivers ultimate care for the patient’s comfort. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and did undergrad studies at Auburn University. Heather loves to combine work and travel to “get the best of both worlds.” She has worked in diverse settings all over the country practicing emergency medicine, in hot spots such as a Winter Park Ski Resort in Colorado and Alaska as a flight nurse.

Over time her practice has evolved into skin esthetics and natural rejuvenation procedures. Heather enjoys water sports, traveling, horseback riding and gardening. Her dream is to someday….wait; she is living her dream.
